Semi Permanent Make Up

What Is Semi Permanent Make Up?

Semi-permanent make-up is a complexion treatment to enhance eyes, brows and lips to add definition to the face. This technique involves injecting pigment through a fine vibrating needle into the most superficial layers of the skin.

How does the procedure work?

Semi-permanent makeup involves having pigment implanted into the epidermis using a fine needle – similar to a tattoo but the process is less painful, the “ink” used is usually mineral based and the results are not permanent.

How many treatments does it take?

Every client responds differently due to a number of different variables. There are variations in ink colours and their chemical compositions, depth and density of ink placement and skin type so you may need a top up session.

During your consultation, your technician will ask you various questions regarding the look you are aiming for and perform a patch test. A patch test is always needed prior to treatment to test for any allergies.

It helps if you have a look in mind, so please feel free to pull your phone out and show us any pictures you have saved so we can advise you accordingly.
