What is a High Frequency Facial?

When Are Results Visible?
While new collagen takes several months to produce, existing collagen does tighten. You will notice some initial tightening post treatment, however, the full benefits of the treatment are more obvious over the coming months. The skin will appear tighter and smoother. The subsequent repair and remodelling of this deep collagen produces continuing the effects of the treatment over the next 3- 6 months.
How Many Treatments will I need?
The number of sessions will depend on the clients age and skin condition. One treatment is usually sufficient on light to moderate skin laxity. However, most of our Thermage clients return every 3 - 6 months or yearly to maintain their results. Each time a treatment is performed the new contour maintains its position better and for longer, literally turning back the hands of time.
How Long Do Results Last?
Individual results will differ, however on average a minimum of 18 months to two years.
Who Is Suitable for a High Frequency Facial?
Any one with loose or lax skin anywhere can have the procedure performed. The best candidates are those with mild laxity or looseness of the skin. Thinner-skinned patients respond better than those with thicker skin.
