Do I have to do anything before my treatment?
A consultation is always needed as this will give us a chance to assess your requirements and will help us to understand what results you are looking for so we can find the perfect solution for you, this can either be done over the phone or in person.
Before any treatments please refrain from eating a large meal and avoid caffeine and alcohol for at least 24 hours before.
Shower before treatments and make sure no cream or perfumed products have been applied to the skin for at least 24 hours before.
Are the results permanent?
YES - It is permanent as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Once the fat cells are killed they are gone permanently. The only reason they would re-appear is if you gained a large amount of weight and your body had to make new fat cells in order to store the new fat. But if you maintain a good exercise regimen and diet then the fat reduction is permanent in a sense that your fat cells are permanently removed from your body.
How long is the treatment?
